We went through a lot with all the lockdowns…some over ate and some just gained weight from stress and some just stopped doing your fitness routines as depression, anxiety and frustration set in. The meal planning and your relationship with food is key! He works with many women and understands the importance of factoring in hormones…so no carbon copy program per participant. He understands the importance of yoga and balance and will be including our practice and other classes into the program/evaluation.
WHAT THE 10-WEEK PROGRAM ENTAILS:
- 10 weeks
- We get Weekly 90mins guided sessions
- SATURDAYS ONLY (the rest of the week is up to you AND should include your yoga practice)
- Meal planning & plan adjustments included
- TRX inspired exercises, some weights, some outdoor activities and more!
- Annnnd small Groups of 6!
- All at The Sangha Trinidad!!
