For those of you who missed our days at the old studio, you probably didn’t know that we had a massage room too! That’s right, we offered all kinds of specialty massages – Indian Head, Ayurvedic to name a few. But what we were most famous for was our THAI YOGA MASSAGES!
A meditation practice is just another element of your yoga practice and we currently have our Monk Rinchen visiting for 3 months! He will be offering a host of activities and events while he is here. Check them out!
That Core and Vinyasa class was soooo easy. I feel absolutely no pain today. (sarcasm)
