  • 1) What happens to my Pass if something happens to The Sangha Trinidad?

Though we don't anticipate this, this is a valid question. If The Sangha Trinidad ceases to exist, this would be an extenuating circumstance.

    a) The Pass is valued at TT$6,500.00 per year. If there is an unused portion of the Pass and because this would be an extenuating circumstance, then you will be refunded the balance of any unused portion of the value of the Pass, over a mutually agreeable and reasonable time, which shall be expressed in writing and approved by the interested parties.

    b) An Agreement will be prepared and signed between you and The Sangha Company Limited (the legal business name), making you an official creditor.
  • 2) What happens if something happens to me, rendering me unable to continue practising?

While we also don't anticipate this happening, we also understand that this could be a concern. To this we would have to say that ONLY in certain extenuating circumstances, would we refund the balance, if any exists. You will be refunded the balance of any unused portion of the value of the Pass, over a mutually agreeable and reasonable time, which shall be expressed in writing and approved by the interested parties.
  • 3) What are considered Extenuating Circumstances?

    1) If The Sangha Trinidad ceases to exist: See point #1.

    2) Death/Serious Illness/Serious Injury:
    a) In the case of death, the balance can be refunded to your next of kin (i.e. your "named beneficiary"). Your named beneficiary will be refunded the balance of any unused portion of the value of the Pass, over a mutually agreeable and reasonable time, which shall be expressed in writing and approved by the interested parties.

    b) In the case of serious illness and/or serious injury. Serious illness and/or serious injury is referred to as any illness or injury that renders you permanently unable to perform any form of physical activity. In this case you can be refunded the balance of any unused portion of the value of the Pass, over a mutually agreeable and reasonable time, which shall be expressed in writing and approved by the interested parties. OR you can transfer the balance of the value of the Pass (if there is any value left) to a named transferee.

    3) Migration: If you are leaving the country permanently, you can be refunded the balance. You will be refunded the balance of any unused portion of the value of the Pass, over a mutually agreeable and reasonable time, which shall be expressed in writing and approved by the interested parties. OR the balance of the value of the Pass (if any is left), can be transferred to a named transferee.

PLEASE NOTE: The following are not considered Extenuating Circumstances:
    a) Going back to school, change in job, Pregnancy or any temporary illness or injury where you can return to physical activity at some point in time, during the life of the value of the Pass (i.e. up to the end of the sixth year of the Pass from the purchase date).

    b) Acts of God (examples being acts of nature like earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, hurricanes) or any other circumstance out of both party's control (an example of any other circumstance could be riots or protests etc.)

ALSO FURTHER NOTE: Once any refund or part of a refund is expressed in writing and is delivered in whole or in part, your Unlimited Pass will cease to exist.
  • 4) Can't i just transfer the unused portion of the Pass to my next of kin?

All Passes are non-transferable. That said, it is possible if there are Extenuating Circumstances (see point #3)
  • 5) What does the Pass include?

    a) Unlimited classes for as long as The Sangha Trinidad exists.

    b) Access to up to 10 FREE Specialty Workshops over the course of the life of the Pass (this can be approximately two (2) per year, or however you choose to use them up). PLEASE NOTE: This does NOT mean 10 workshops per year.

    c) FREE Towel/Mat Rental Service and/or Water Refills if you need.

    d) Up to five (5) single comp classes that you can use on any family members or friends who are new to The Sangha Trinidad (or who have never done classes at Moksha Yoga Trinidad, at Henry Pierre St., at Immortelle St. Ann's OR Tragarete Rd.). In other words, you can give up to five (5) people a FREE class, over the course of the life of the Pass.
  • 6) TT$40,000.00 is a lot of money to pay all at once. Is there a Payment Plan available?

Yes, it is a lot of money, but sooo worth it if you can make the investment! If you need a Payment Plan then you can pay within your first four (4) consecutive months of the Pass. That's TT$10,000 per month.
  • 7) Geez, I'm really interested, but I've already paid for a Year Pass in the past, do I really have to start over?

Heck no! If you have already paid for a Year Pass in the past, you can apply up to two (2) year pass purchases as a discount on this Pass and then you pay the balance on the value of the Pass. Unfortunately the Auto Renew Year Pass commitment does not count as it is already so discounted.
