People always ask…“what do I win if I complete the Challenge?” One of the greatest gains you can get out of this challenge is not necessarily the stamina to perform a practice every day for 30 days, but rather the ability to commit to making time for yourself in your busy schedule each and every single day. If just being in the room for class is all you can do, you’ve still given yourself the gift of an escape from your day, and an opportunity for more clarity and peace of mind. Another valuable reward of the challenge is the ability to recognize and honor what your body needs. And finally the very bestest thing about doing a Challenge?? THE STICKERSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!
It’s a simple thing really…
- You try to come to 30 classes over the course of 30 days.
- Of course, there may be things that get in the way…like life…but that’s fine, you just double up. That means you take 2 classes in one day.
- If you have to do a double, you just put 2 stickers in the same box…that way you can see how you actually performed.
- If you can’t even do a double OR if we don’t have a class on a particular day…go for a walk, nah? Do something alternative…but take time for yourself!
- There will be days during the challenge when you will want to spend most of the class lying on your mat and resting and that’s fine too…the Challenge is for you, ma peeps!
