Established in September 2005, The Sangha Trinidad is a Boutique Yoga, Movement & Wellness Studio, committed to encouraging an ethical, compassionate and more environmentally-conscious LIFESTYLE…an improved level of FITNESS and to communicating the limitless benefits of YOGA, while trying to make it accessible to all.  **Currently the only Yoga Alliance Registered 500hr School in the Caribbean!
